Avoiding Tax Erosion in Wealth and Estate Planning

I recently attended a seminar by Jonathan Blatmachr, one of the country’s most creative trust and estate lawyers. His  approach to increasing investment returns while minimizing tax erosion on those returns in wealth and estate planning was impressive. While we all know the power of compounding, the nuances and tax implications of various investment vehicles are complex. Mr. Blatmachr gave me permission to publish his article about the tax implications of various investment strategies in estate planning. Enjoy!
